How does BillKeeper Pro work?

Upload bills by taking a photo, dragging files, or forwarding emails. Our AI automatically reads important details like amounts, due dates, and vendors, then organizes your bills in digital folders you can access anytime.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption to protect your sensitive information. All data is stored in secure cloud servers with multiple layers of protection, and we never share your information with third parties.

Do I need any special equipment?

No β€” BillKeeper Pro works on any device with internet access: your phone, tablet, or computer. Your phone's camera is all you need to capture paper bills.

Can it integrate with my accounting software?

Not yet β€” integrations with platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, and Tally are on our roadmap. As an early customer, you get a say here: tell us which integration you need most and we'll prioritize it.

How much time will I save?

Honestly, we're too new to quote you an average. The whole point is to eliminate the hours spent sorting paper bills, manually entering data, and hunting for invoices β€” try it during the free trial and tell us how much time it actually saves you.

Is there a limit to how many bills I can upload?

No. Whether you have 10 bills or 10,000, upload as many as you need without additional charges.

Can multiple team members access our account?

Yes. You can add team members with customized permission levels β€” for example, some team members upload bills while payment approvals stay with managers.
